  • Aluminum Electrode, Flat

We offer aluminum metal in the form of electrode. The dimensions of aluminum electrode are 5″ x 3/4″ x 3/64″ ( It is 12cm x 2cm x 1.2 mm in metric system). This high purity aluminum electrode can be used for demonstration, chemical experiments and physics experiments related to the density and the heat conductivity.

  • Ammeter, Desktop, Dual Range

Ammeter or Amp meter or Ampere meter is used to show the electric current in an electric circuit. This is a dual range desktop ammeter for the range of 0 to 3 Amperes or 0 to 0.6 Amperes.
This ammeter has one black binding post for the negative side of the circuit and two red binding posts for the positive side (One for each range). All three binding posts are marked by raised letters.
    Box dimensions are 10 x 9 x 6 cm.

Use it as voltmeter, ohmmeter or ameter.

  • Ball and Ring

Ball and ring are used to demonstrate the thermal expansion and contraction of metals when heated and cooled.
When the ball is cold it can easily go through the ring. When you heat it up, it will expand (become larger) and does not go through the ring.
Ball and ring is a classic experiment showing the expansion of materials when they expand.
Expansion of materials by heat is one of the important factors engineers consider in making their designs of buildings, bridges and machinery.

  • Banana Jack Long, Solderless

Long Banana Jack is a panel-mount socket for 4mm banana plugs with up to 20 mm (1 inch) long pin. Can be mounted on metal surfaces with up to 2 mm, and plastic or wood surfaces with up to 5 mm thickness. It mounts on a 8mm hole. The overall length is 25 mm.

  • Banana Jack, Short, with solder terminal

Short banana jack is a panel-mount socket for 4mm banana plugs with any length. Can be mounted on metal surfaces with up to 1 mm, and plastic or wood surfaces with up to 4 mm thickness. It mounts on a 8mm hole. The overall length is 13 mm. The face outer diameter is 11 mm.

  • Banana Plug, 20 mm pin, Solderless

Banana plug, consisting of a cylindrical metal pin about 20 mm long, with a diameter of 4 mm, which can be inserted into a matching 4 mm socket to make an electrical contact. The pin has one or more lengthwise springs that bulge outwards slightly. These press against the sides of the socket, improving the electrical contact and preventing the pin from falling out. The back end of the banana plug is a color coded plastic insulator that may be red or black.

  • Bar Magnet, Painted, ALNICO5

These bar magnets measure about 1/4″ x 1/2″ x 3″ (72 x 12 x 6 mm). The magnets are made of Aluminum (8%), Nickel (14%), Cobalt (24%), copper (3%) and Iron (51%) which makes for a super strong and high quality magnet.
